Purpose~Give Life a meaning




“One life right? I gave my best so I have no room for regrets. I am strong and I choose happiness always 😊
People like you around doing wonders inspire me and makes me more happy :* (Honestly)
I read each piece of your work, it’s just that I find less time to talk(Mom life na,24hours busy)”

She replied this …her words about giving her best and choosing happiness gives more meaning to life ..isn’t it ?
So one of this girl whom I have always seen smiling and cheerful, sharing posts on social media having fun be it with friends, colleagues or her Family.
In one sentence I would say Working young bubbly Female.


With a genuine Smile ..Happy people do not really exists .
I am not a really close friend of her but a mutual friend and yes of course know her because we were working in the same place.
With her posts I knew that she was married and enjoying motherhood.
I have many friends posting different things but this one though always had something different to say with every post of her, which definitely was positive always.
Couple of months ago i found that It was now different and it was very rare to see her posts ….It was no more that she was enjoying as a princess but showed that she chose to live life on her own now .

Looking at one of her recent post I couldn’t resist myself texting her and ask her about the change  ..the change that I could see in her and the way she carried herself was something that makes me write this .
So yes after a small conversation I understood that she went through tough phase of life but did not give up ..instead she chose to Live happy , be herself and follow her heart.
So yes this is what she said at the end😊
Now this gives me something to write about purpose of life ,woman bring a meaning to life without giving up .

Being a smart woman don’t let someone break you, there are moments in your life where you feel like giving up and you can’t take it anymore.

Love Yourself:
You must have heard from many sources about loving yourself, but do we really do that?
This is not  possible unless you start taking care of yourself at first.

Now when I say taking care of yourself it’s not just concentrating on your diet (Ahem ..)
Know that there’s a loving child inside you, whom you should take care of .
You gotta love this kid more, cherish, honour and this is when you become more alive and feel more energetic neglecting all the negative vibes.
Stop comparing yourself with others because this is one of the reason when you start disliking yourself .

Let go things:
I learnt to let go things and trust me it worked like charm.
You can’t control everything , you gotta learn to let go things which are not meant to be part of your life.

I’ll not say that let things happen on it’s own , you try your best to change if it doesn’t work then let go .
This will definitely keep you happy and concentrate and learn something new .
Let go Critics.. if anyone tells you that you are not good at something you either improvise on it or if you know the person is letting you down , let go such.
Start celebrating for who you are today and for what you have.


Today is a gift, that’s why we call it present:
My intention about writing I am was always to convey message about believing and living in present.
So yes if you have read my first blog “I Am~Believe in Present “ I wouldn’t stress much on this as I have demonstrated one good example there .

Don’t depend on someone for your happiness:

You are responsible for your happiness, blaming others for your happiness should not be the attitude.
It all depends on who you surround yourself with , don’t depend on people for your happiness. 
Don't let someone else decide about your happiness ..don't wait for others to surprise you ,why not surprise yourself everyday and Don’t be so quick to judge someone , you never know what are they going through .

Learn to say no:
When you gotta say No , it is a NO ..do not say YES when you want to say NO.
If there is something that doesn’t make you happy then politely say NO to it, Save your time for doing things that make you happy.Stop thinking how other person will react if you say NO and be pleased ,You don’t really need to explain yourself before saying NO.


Know yourself :
It is always good to know what you are good at , know what you love about yourself .

Take some time and find out what you enjoy ,This way you start loving yourself and stop comparing with others .
Not just this but also don’t have any spaces to criticise about things that go wrong but only think about your passion at a higher level.
Me being so sensitive is not easy to find my identity so early , but I know I am influenced by people around, so I make an effort to understand what is good for me and take time to understand .

Be silly :
You will find it silly but yea this is true, this was the reason I put this at the end.
Let me be honest , most of the readers know that I am workaholic ..yes , I confess this .
But along with this I’m someone who enjoys being with her family , friends (Who I think it is worth spending time with) and my four legged furry angel (My Pet).
It is not really a task now to balance between my work life and personal but it is something that makes me happy.
So yes , sometimes being silly with friends and family is the best therapy to keep yourself happy, You should know when and how to stop at serious moments .


With this I hope to empower and inspire women to believe that they can bring more meaning to life ..
 So now …Don’t seek but bring positivity.
